Job Responsibilities :



  1. 1.    Handling the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  2. 2.    Interacting with the Team Leaders to understand the Job Requirements as well knowledge about Search Job Portals like using Naukri, Monster and other networking sites like Linked In, and other references.
  3. 3.    Job Posting & Bulk Mailing.
  4. 4.    Have a good knowledge in sourcing, screening, interviewing, short-listing the candidates.
  5. 5.    Handling Preliminary Interview, screening of Profile, Job profile explaining.
  6. 6.    Maintaining Candidate database and good relationships with candidates.
  7. 7.    Strong negotiation skills and client/candidate handling skills.
  8. 8.    Making data base and excel sheet to update the work.
  9. 9.    Generating Offer Letter & conducting Employee joining formalities, Handle Exit formalities.
  10. 10.    Monitoring on attendance & leave approval.


Skills Required :



  1. 1.    Proven expertise in handling End-to-End Recruitment processes.
  2. 2.    Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  3. 3.    Must be having good knowledge in MS Office.
